The most recent element I have for the TSS/tether is:
TSS
1 23805U 96012B 96075.52119295 .01400543 87373-3 41951-2 0 718
2 23805 28.4725 127.9197 0036766 40.5185 319.8137 15.90106107 3426

which leads my SatEvo program to predict its decay at about March 20.1

SatEvo also provides the following orbit evolution, but note that it
doesn't (yet, at least) provide a BSTAR value so beware before you feed
these into an SGP4 propagation model..

TSS
1 23805U 96012B 96077.02509995 .01983851 18792-3 00000-0 0 90719

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Interbol 1 Rocket (95039B = #23633) is also nearing its demise - I'm
currently showing decay at about April 7.
