Right, here's where the confusion might come in:

The planetarium program by Chris Marriott that is =also= called
SkyMap, does allow other objects in heliocentric orbits to be
entered and plotted. I've used it to check out where Hyakutake
is all through this apparition. Other decent planetarium programs
that I know of that have this facility are "Voyager II" by Carina
Software and maybe "Dance of the Planets" (don't know the software
company offhand).

A homepage for Marriott's SkyMap complete with shareware version is
at: http://www.execpc.com/~skymap/index.html . Couldn't find a page
for Voyager or Dance.

There is a Hyakutake Homepage run by Ron Baalke at JPL, at:
http://newproducts.jpl.nasa.gov/comet/hyakutake/index.html, containing
the latest up-to-the-minute news and images, plus the latest element
set.
