Igor, A possibility would be 17527/87018A. It seems to be a relatively dim sat but with it low in the western sky during your observation, it is a possibility. According to SatSpy2 it passed near Gamma And at 22:18:30 (Local) in the proper direction. I'm not familar with its possible flashing history. Try the following TLE and see how it looks to you.
