Here are a few values for Q read from K-H's graphs.
------Eccentricity---------
MM 0.0 0.01 0.02 0.03
15.0 Q= 0.164 0.201 0.275 0.377
15.8 Q= 0.145 0.182 0.260 0.362
16.0 Q= 0.129 0.166 0.250
16.2 Q= 0.104 0.143
16.4 Q= 0.067
These are for conditions of low solar activity (F10.7 = 80). For high
solar activity (F10.7 = 150), the Q for (e=0.0,MM=15.0) increases to
0.217 and that for (e=0.03,MM=15.0) to 0.397, while the value for
(e=0.0,MM=16.4) is unchanged.
