The below sat is a potential canidate for your observation.  It came close 
to Beta Tau at 19:52:00 EST in a north-south direction. Used SatPro2 for 
prediction and last weeks molczan file. I believe this is a DoD met sat. The 
range at 19:53 EST was 907km.
