Here's another example showing the SDP4 discontinuity:

Plot the track of the above object on January 17, 1997, from 13:43 UTC to
13:53 UTC.  With the higher inclination of this object, the argument of
perigee shifts by more than 5 degrees when RAAN passes through 0.
