Woops! Slight oversight in my previous post, sorry :-( The RAAN 55 deg. plane also has 12 SVs and one of those in the most recent launch on 2/18/98 (either SV 50,52,53,54,56) would be a designated "spare". Any guesses as to which one? Jeff Hunt <jeff@satellite.eu.org>
