Another mysterious light phenomenon was observed on March 20, 1998
between 20.00 - 20.30 UTC in Muonio, Northern Finland. The woman saw a
very bright star coming from the west. Soon it began to flash randomly
and
it made a 90 degrees curve to the North. This light was visible about 2
minutes.

Several minutes later she saw a similar light coming from the West and
it flashed
too. This disappeared after 30 seconds.

Do you know rocket launches from Kiruna space range at that time?
