When taking observations from individuals who are not experienced
astronomical observers, and who cannot describe the exact path of
the objects through the constellations, one has to always be aware
of the inherent fallibility of human eyewitness testimony. (In fact,
even experienced observers are not perfectly accurate, just less
unreliable!) This accounts for the overwhelming majority of what
people describe as "UFOs".
