Hi All, Did some more flash timing on Yuri 3A (BS-3A) last night under a full moon. Flashes weren't as bright as 4 nights ago, perhaps magnitude +4, and I was still only able to observe every 3rd flash, which says to me that this satellite must be coning in resonance with its spin rate. I counted 12 flash periods (which is really 36 rotations) in 3161.69 +/- 0.1 seconds, for a bright flash period of 263.474 +/- .008 secs, and a rotation rate of 87.825 +/- .003. This is a little faster than 4 days ago when it was 87.848 +/- .007. PPAS format: BS-3A (Yuri 3A), #20771 90- 77A 99-03-02 04:26:49.8 RM 3161.69 0.1 36 87.825 +-.003, mag +4 -> inv
