I've seen many. Usually mag 10-12. 8" Celestron SCT.

Usually 60-90°. Also, with lower elevation you have greater distance causing
dimmer magnitudes.

Probably 60-80°. Instead of being concerned about the best angle, I run
predictions using HIGHFLY to cover a period of several minutes. I'll look for
the sat when it is predicted to be brightest.
