MPM shows with the ELSET 99064.439... and the recent released RCS value - 
remember also my previous message - a decay at
                   Mar 09, 10:21 UTC +/- 08 hours
This is definitely earlier then Alan's SatEvo prediction and - but not too much - 
as the SpaceCom forecast. But also a quite independent method (SGP4 analytical)
suggests a decay on Mar 09.
