Hi All,

Now that USSPACECOM has identified the Titan rocket for the
SDS/NOSS 2-3/TiPS launch as 1996-029G, #23863, I wonder if
this helps to sort out the confusion in all the objects associated
with this launch.

Q1: Was only one catalog number ever assigned to TiPS? Elements
have been appearing for TiPS under #23937, 1996-029F. Another
source says 1996-029F is Norton, and that 1996-029E is Ralph.
It also called Ralph USA 123, and Norton USA 124.

Q2: Originally we were calling NOSS 2-3 R/B #23907. So what has
23907 now become? 23908 (1996-029C) is USA 121, which we've
been calling NOSS 2-3 (C), and 23862 (1996-029D) is USA 122,
which we've been calling NOSS 2-3 (D). MOLCZAN.TLE lists
23936 as 1996-029E and NOSS 2-3 (E). But this potentially
conflicts with Ralph.

Q3: Could 1996-029B be NOSS 2-3 (B), USA 120, #23907?
