SpaceCom released a new prediction - prepared Mar 11. 10:18 UTC :
                     Mar 12, 09:35 UTC +/- 14 hours    (0.3°N, 28.9°E)

MPM shows with the ELSETs 99070.396... and 99070.639 a significant earlier decay 
at                   Mar 12, 04:27 UTC +/- 90 minutes  (7.0°S, 283.0° E)

Another independent method - based on a development of "pctraj" - predicts also 
an earlier reentry:  Mar 12, 06:04 UTC +/- 20 minutes   (24.7°N, 275.5°E)
