The bird is over approx. 145 deg W. According to the list of active DSPs
I've posted Feb.13, this one is DSP F14 (USA-39, 1989-046A, 20066)
launched on 14 Jun 1989 by Titan 402/IUS. Until mid-1996, it was
located at approx. 165 deg W.
Other known/active DSPs are at approximately:
