                  Mar 15, 19:14 UTC +/- 44 minutes (07.5°N, 92.4°E)
This is on an ascending pass around perigee.

1998-008E (25166) Delta R/B (1)

The last SpaceCom prediction prepared Mar 15, 07:41 UTC:
                  Mar 16, 06:40 UTC +/- 15 hours  (50.3°N, 82.7°E)
MPM shows with the ELSETs 99073.855... and 99074.224...
                  Mar 16, 06:19 UTC +/- 4.5 hours (7.8°S, 17.9°E)
