SpaceCom shows in its final report prepared Mar 15, 19:46 UTC a decay at
                     Mar 15, 19:06 UTC -/- 30 minutes  (24.7°S, 90.5°E)
This is within minutes in very good agreement with my last MPM prediction.

1998-008E (25166) Delta R/B (1)

MPM shows with the last ELSET - 99074.653... - only a very small change
                    Mar 16,  06:18 UTC +/- 01 hour  (12.4°S,  11.8°E)
