Finally no clouds in the morning and I was able to see all
four Globalstars in the same field of view of my 7x50 binoculars.

Observed at 11:44 UT on 19 Mar 99. Separation of 7 seconds
between the first two satellites, then an 18 second gap to the
third and another 5.3 seconds to the fourth.

All steady brightness at about 5th magnitude at a range of 1746 km
and Skymap phase angle of 115. I had the default magnitude setting
at 4.3 which gave a predicted magnitude of 5.1. Close enough for me.
