On 99-03-28 at 19:15:08 I observed (the end of) a magnificent flare from
USA 86. This was left/above alp/bet Gem, az.217, el.62 and RA 8.25h dec. +16
Jari's USA 116 position was RA 8.9h, Dec.+51 deg.
Because of a strained back, and poor observation setup, I was not able to
search for USA 129 more than -3/+7 minutes.
