While searching for #24680 in the interval +6/+20 minutes from my search
suggestion, mostly at 1x power, I saw what appeared to be a sun-synchronous
object culminating at about 19:11 UT in az. 060, el.38 +/- 5 degrees.
Magnitude +4, brightening twice to +2.5
Unfortunately I did not identify ANY reference stars closer than eta Uma
and gam UMi, but I did time it : 21 sec. through my 7.1 degree field,
both about 30 sec. before culmination, and 60 sec. after.
This is much too slow (and low in the E) for my expected orbit, but I did
not find a match in alldat.tle with elsets up to about Mar.19 either.
