    SpaceCom has issued a decay warning for #23887 (= 96- 34 F = Gorizont 32
    aux motor), predicting the decay for Mar 11 21:51 +-2d. I compute the
    decay almost a day later at Mar 12 20:34 +-1d. This object enters
    eclipse while southbound near 20 deg S latitude at ~20:30 local time. It
    leaves eclipse while northbound near 32 deg S at ~05:00 local time.
    
    The latest elset is:
