Abrixas rk (25723, 99022C) has slowed quite a bit since my last timed obs
    (~1.5 sec period May, 2000)

I'm not quite sure if Spot 3 (22823, 93061A) has slowed or I'm just timing
the full period. There were no sharp flashes during the brief obs. Spot 3
in some strange way marks the return of the sun-syncs at my latitude - a kind
of Stonehenge that marks the beginning of spring.
