Jonathan: The Heavens-Above website tracks the height of the ISS over time. It's the last link under the "Satellites" section. This last boost of the ISS appears to be from about 381.5 to 387.5 km. There was a slightly smaller boost about two weeks ago. It's been as low as 375 km at least twice in the last year. I've been tracking this as part of the "Old Elsets" task for the EOSOC certificate from the Astronomical League.
