observations with Mintron 12V1C-EX and lens f=75 mm f/1.3

I have searched for flashes of DSP 15
    2003 Feb 24 21:21 - 21:51 UTC
Flashes up to mag 8 were recorded from 21:21 - 21:26 UTC

    and searched
    2003 Feb 25 20:40 - 21:55 UTC
Flashes were visible 20:55-21:07 and 21:18-21:27 UTC.

    Updated search elset:

I have also found the new DSP at 8 E longitude.
This should be DSP 20, as DSP 19 stranded in its geo transfer orbit.

The later flashes (Mar 01 at about 22:50-51) are much brighter but
    last only about two minutes.

First search elset (e and peri set).
