    It looked as though I could time Gorizont 16 at 00:30 UTC 
    but the reasonably clear skies clouded up very quickly.  
    The sky had cleared somewhat an hour later but there was 
    still too much haze for an obs.

    There had been some speculation in previous posts that this was 
    a flasher and that appears to be the case. It passed near 
    beta-CMi at 04:29 and I couldn't find anything else nearby.
