    But according to the OIG (where many mistakes might be found), I9 was in
    operational orbit between 1997-07-11.38 and 2000-10-12.20. I9 orbit was then
    lowered in Oct. 2000. See orbit evolution at my site

    The info about orbital parameters (not elements) evolution is generated
    automatically in SPACE-40 from OIG TLEs, therefore my error is'nt probable
    (but missassignment by OIG cannot be excluded).
    
    BTW, Harro erroneusly designated I9 as 1997-020C.
