    Tony Beresford wrote last September that the NASA 
    Horizons Ephemeris Generator does J002E3.  So using
    that you can set your location, the desired time span, 
    and so on.  I believe that these are pretty reliable 
    predictions, assuming that the orbital data they have 
    are recent and precise enough.  Here is the site:
