Last September I reported a third-party sighting of an
object with a 43-second flash period whose best possible
match appeared to be 80-004A, 11669, Fleetsatcom 3:

Now independently I've heard from another observer who
in this case saw a single flash whose best match seems
to be the same object. I've tried a number of times to
see it, but with no success yet. Telescope required, I
guess -- or at least better than handheld 10x50s.
