My sincere apologies -- I plotted Apparent Coordinates instead of Astrometric from the JPL Horizons output for J002E3 which led me to believe there was a time error. Plotted correctly, the slight track shift and the time error disappear. A plot showing the relative difference is at: http://photos.yahoo.com/rickbaldridge . Click on "StellaCam" album and check the first two images. Closest approach of J002E3 to SAO 139517 was approximately 21:56:40 PST March 29th. Video is difficult to reduce and estimated time is within perhaps 10 seconds of actual.
