There is one addition - Matroshka http://www.esa.int/export/esaHS/SEMBM02PGQD_iss_0.html and http://lowdose.tricity.wsu.edu/2001mtg/abstracts/reitz.htm (NASA describes it as Matroyshka but all other references seem to use "Matroshka.") A web search on "Matroshka" will yield several other sources. I have not found the external dimensions of this experimental module but it does seem quite large and the shape seems to fit your picture- I think? So it seems that this observation may be described as a "phantom" one. :-) Incidentally NASA spaceflight site says that one of the tasks not completed was retrieval of a set of retroreflectors from Zvezda, which would assist the preparation of navigational data for the arrival of the new European supply ship next year.
