The number 847 elset appears to be more consistent with those issued in recent weeks, as appended, but perhaps it was decided to revisit the analysis. Significant ongoing perturbations of all of the elements are evident; perhaps the recent analyses were judged to have been incorrect. We have too little information to judge which of the two elsets is best.
