At comparitively low magnification and a range of about 350 km the eagle eyed will be able to spot the solar arrays. I am not sure what config they are in. http://mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/satcom_transits/ATViss.gif Some artists impressions show the arrays , spread , ">O<" fashion others show them parallel " =O= " , to me it looks like they are in the latter configuration....although that may change. In the last couple of frames...ISS is shown about 70 km further away. Estimated size of ATV , is slightly larger than Columbus , given the difference in range ( Columbus can be seen quite well in the last frames ) which ties in with known values.
