    I just saw the ATV and ISS pass over northeastern Maryland, USA at 8:00 PM
    EDT.  I did not make formal timings, but the ATV led the ISS by about 20
    seconds.

    As the link Kevin provided showed, the ATV performed a maneuver to take
    it below the ISS, which means it has already phased in front of ISS.
    
    Had a great pass of the two vehicles here in Toulouse about an hour ago.
