    Notes:
    =======

    (1) Purpose of session was to get radio and optical observations of USA 200.

    (2) Radio obs:

         AOS of signal 03h29m00s UT 2232.5300 Mhz
         Fmax doppler 03h52m57s UT 2232.5399 Mhz
         LOS of signal 04h10m45s UT 2232.4500 Mhz

    (3) Optical obs:

        Good optical track with satellite running approx 3m48s early on
        elements computed by Scott Campbell from radio and optical observations.
        I used a wide angle lens - not the best unfortunately as my city lit
        sky is a little too bright for a fast lens so I get "whiting out"
        at low elevations because of city lights. Consequently the last position
        for USA 200 could be a little out.

        Satellite had some variation in magnitude, somewhat masked by the image
        being integrated. However satellite produced three bright flashes shortly
        after culmination.

    Cheers
    Greg
