    At 1300 UTC the latest TLE on Spacetrack (and HA) were still pre-boost.
    At 10:08 ISS should have been seen from NE USA, delayed >1 min
    Third US pass in progress now.
    There must be dozens of observers and lurkers who didn't bother to get up 
    and/or to report their observations!
