Iridium 33 wreckage flare / spinning period

    So two -1 visual flares which I observed (see earlier messages) at:
    
    Mar 17 UTC:
    
    20:06:56 +/- 1s
    20:07:02 +/- 5s
    
    ..and two fainter which were photographed, occuring at:
    
    20:07:15.7 UTC
    20:07:20.4 UTC
    
    ..would fit a tumbling/spinning period of 9.7 seconds as established from the 
    photographic flare times (the last two times):
