Dear Marco Langbroek, I forgot other points also, kindly take the notes. (1)Did you find any pit at the place of impact of suspicious object?Because mass of object+distance+speed of object+of course force of gravity makes types of crater/pit at the place of impact. (2)Do you or any of your neighbour or civilian had listen the sound like blast then zooooooom & again a blast or see the lightning? These both will also be helpful to come on some conclusion.I during my search of space junk, meteorites, space debris, very first observe these four (two are in my earlier email) points which give me some firm direction. Let us hope you might got some extra ordinary, though at present it does not seem. with regards, DDPurohit On Mon, Mar 7, 2011 at 2:45 PM, DIVYADARSHAN PUROHIT < divyadarshan63@gmail.com> wrote: > Dear Marco Langbroek, > > Thanks for sharing the pictures.By seeing the pictures,it shows that the > piece has no sign of fire cause by penetration in atmoshpere, probably > you could not find any bad smell caused by fire.Looking to the object it > does not seem to be space junk or meteorite, but even though you should > contact IMO for more specific result.Kindly share the final result with us > ,we are eager to see . > with regards, > DDPurohit > > On Sun, Mar 6, 2011 at 10:11 PM, Marco Langbroek < > marco.langbroek@wanadoo.nl> wrote: > >> Hi all, >> >> This came through a roof in the Netherlands on Friday. >> >> Anyone recognizing the object in the pictures below as anything >> space-related? >> >> While I don't think it is likely space-junk, I nevertheless want to check >> it out >> for certainty. >> >> I am quite sure it isn't an iron meteorite either.
