    The flight plan confirms that waste water and condensate dumps were scheduled at the time:

    Item 4 on pdf page 2 describes the tasks. Pdf pages 10 and 12, show that Pilot Eric Boe was scheduled to execute them from about
    17:15 to 18:45 UTC.
