Greg Roberts observed OTV 2-1 on 2011 Mar 15 at 18:27 UTC. Paul Maley reported a video observation off-list, made on Mar 16 near 11:48 UTC. Technical problems prevented him from reporting the precise time, but the track information was helpful in constraining the elements, updated as follows: X-37B OTV 2-1 321 X 341 km 1 37375U 11010A 11074.72676577 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 01 2 37375 42.7895 231.2052 0015332 4.1411 355.9582 15.80460231 09 Arc 20110314.76-0315.77 WRMS resid 0.096 totl 0.042 xtrk The analysis has been complicated by an apparent gradual rise in altitude. I would not be surprised to learn that the OTV is several tens of seconds late tonight, relative the above elements. OTV 1-1 made frequent small orbit altitude adjustments during most of its mission.
