    If I have the parameters correct, I got a good 
    candidate for that one:  
    
    23323  94-68A  IRS P2
    
    It's an LEO payload that's very capable of 
    bright flashes.
    
    I have not found any candidate for the first 
    one, and I'm out of steam for tonight to work 
    on 3 and 4.
