Forgot: Tardis can also sync to a serial GPS unit, if you need more accurate time. -----Original Message----- From: seesat-l-bounces+paulgrace=lookoutranch.com@satobs.org [mailto:seesat-l-bounces+paulgrace=lookoutranch.com@satobs.org] On Behalf Of Paul Grace Sent: Wednesday, March 30, 2011 20:58 To: 'Tony Beresford'; SeeSat-L@satobs.org Subject: RE: synching to atomic clock software Look for Tardis, it can be set to step the time or change clock frequency depending on the error, and will talk to multiple time servers. I run it under Win7-64 without issues. I also have it running on my weather computer which has been on for months at a time, and has converged on good accuracy (sub-second per day) which then serves the time to all my other computers on my LAN, reducing latency errors all around. -----Original Message----- From: seesat-l-bounces+paulgrace=lookoutranch.com@satobs.org [mailto:seesat-l-bounces+paulgrace=lookoutranch.com@satobs.org] On Behalf Of Tony Beresford Sent: Wednesday, March 30, 2011 20:48 To: SeeSat-L@satobs.org Subject: synching to atomic clock software To all list members I have purchased a new computer with windows 7 the OS. The software I have been using since windows 95, syncit with atom doesnt work. Any hints on software that runs unders windows7? I have used the computer clock for timing satellite observations.
