It was bright, steady, mag 0 to -1, easily visible as it sailed through the S-SE at about 25 degrees altitude max. Meanwhile at Wallops Island a combination of poor weather and a boat that refused to move out of the restricted offshore zone put the kabash on tonight's launch of 5 sound rockets that will create glowing chemical trails to test for upper level jet stream winds.
