    As for 2005-004B #28538, I derived photographically an accurate period of 12.80s +- 0.05s on 19 Febr 2013, over a span of 2 minutes.

For the record, on 21 Apr 2012 I had got photographically a period of 11.44s +-0.04s.

Actually the period is continually increasing since years.

I am using a photographic method that showed the satellite even at minimum brightness, so that it was easy - from 20 pictures - to derive the right period.

On the light curve there were also short flashes or secondary maxima (two per period), which might explain your result.

    Regards

-Second time that i observe in 6241 site, due to snow, one week after it
still on the floor about 20 cm.
Also i see 28538 (noss3-3r) tumbling with a period of about 7-11 seconds
changing his magnitude since nominal (predicted of about 4.8) to invisible.
Sorry for not make PPAS or FPAS, i have not times or positions for that
    object.
