    They are listed in Section 4.9 Uncontrolled catalogued objects (the report mistakenly substituted "uncatalogued" for
    "catalogued" in this heading.) No historical USSTRATCOM TLEs exist in public databases, and they have yet be discovered
    by ISON or hobbyists.
