Flashes from Eutelsat W3B ( stuck in a geo transfer orbit )

    While scanning the sky, I noticed a flashing object.
    
    I watched it for a short time, until the flashing was to faint to see.

    The flash's were much brighter, a short time before, I would say mag 5 are brighter.
    
    Eutelsat W3B is stuck in a low inclination geo transfer orbit, with a low perigee. The inclination is only 2 degrees and perigee is currently around 250 km range.
