    *"A small Russian satellite was hit by a piece of space debris in January,
    possibly causing severe damage to the spacecraft, Dr. T.S. Kelso,
    the technical program manager for the Center for Space Standards &
    Innovation (CSSI) reported on Friday. The collision involving the Russian
    BLITS satellite and a piece of debris from the Fengyun 1C satellite
    occurred back on January 22, according to Kelso."
