    I have been struggling with photographic star fields - solved by Russell.
    But the track remains unidentified, using Mike's elset up to 20130313
    and SpaceTrack's to 20130311, and +-12 min 5 degrees limits !
    
    Also Elcor failed to converge, I solved both the 80 and 99 degree
    inclinations manually, then one converged.
