I generated my "UNID" obs (and orbit) with date and time from a different photo !! The corrected obs are: 15889 85 058A 5919 E 20130307191130000 27 25 0155002+723817 37 15889 85 058A 5919 E 20130307191140000 27 25 0031583+750358 37 and the track is a good match to the indicated Cosmos 1666 satellite. The true orbit is 82 degrees, 15.08 MM And it turns out that I did aim correctly for another USA 129 picture (also 20130307), but 1+ min late.
