nice flashing unknown

Dear seesaters,

hunting for asteroids, ESA's OGS telescope on Tenerife caught a very nice 
flashing unknown sat.

The pattern of three faint flashes followed by a single brighter one looks 
rather unsual to me. Could anybody please identify this one?
