Some observations from the evening of March 8, 2014 using the fixed
setup staring at 30 deg elevation, 30 deg azimuth.

NOTES:

1) Staring at the sky with the fixed setup is paying off. This is the
   fourth consequtive night and an unknown was seen that correlates
   very well with USA 245 [39232/13043A], last seen 56 days ago from
   the Southern hemisphere by Greg Roberts.

   The following are search orbits that were constructed by
   propagating the classified elset from January 11, 2014 to today and
   adjusting for mean anomaly and RA of the ascending node for the
   first elset, and also adjusting the argument of perigee of the
   second elset. Neither of these elsets connect to the single
   observation Russell Eberst made on March 3, so most likely the mean
   motion has changed as well. So expect it to be early or late by a
   few minutes.
